Studio Turnaround & Expedited Pricing Schedule

Standard studio turnaround is 10–12 weeks from the day we physically receive your canvas. For tighter timelines, limited Expedited Production Slots are available with prior studio approval.

Note on Expedited Fees: Percentage-based rush fees apply to the total finishing cost, including full leather finishing and blocking services.

Annual Studio Schedule Notice: Please note that our studio is closed for the month of July each year. No production or shipping occurs during this period. Please account for this closure when planning your project timelines.

Expedited Order Guidelines

• Pre-Approval Required: Contact us personally prior to shipping to confirm and reserve an expedited production slot.
• Timeline Activation & Completion: Turnaround time begins on the date your canvas arrives at our studio and ends on the date your completed piece ships out. Studio processing time does not include carrier transit time.
• July Studio Closure: The studio is closed for the entire month of July. Timelines for orders received shortly before or during July will adjust accordingly.
• Return Shipping: Faster return shipping options are available upon customer request for additional carrier fees.
• Payment Terms: Full payment or required deposit must be enclosed with your needlepoint and printed order form before work begins.
• Holiday Deadline: For guaranteed holiday delivery, all needlepoint canvas must be received at the studio no later than October 1st.
